Eight, common problems:

1. The cross-section of the processed parts is large:

a) The machine tool is shaken.

b) The tool is not installed properly, such as: the installation is not in place, the end face has impurities.

c) The datum surface is not flat.

d) The feeding force is not uniform.

e) Tool jump tolerance is too large.

2. Reasons for the burning of processed parts:

a) The tool glue is heavy.

b) The pushing speed is too slow and the knife is too large and the machine speed does not match.

c) Tool passivation is severe.

d) The tool selection is unreasonable.

e) The tool angle design does not match the machined material.

3, the common problem of the combination knife - the reason is not tight, there are gaps (door frame knife, wall board knife, floor knife, combination slot knife, etc.):

a) The tool is not adjusted well, the gasket is not added properly or the tool selection is not matched.

b) The tool is not installed properly (there is slag inclusion in the middle or not installed in the proper position).

c) The tool design and machining dimensions are inconsistent with the actual machining.
